Party in the Cemetery

Topeka Cemetery is 150 years old. Yes, friends, one-hundred, fifty years old.

Birthday Party on Saturday, 10 - 3, Topeka Cemetery, 10th & California.

There will be a reception at Topeka Cemetery's offices and you can meet Franklin Crane, that interesting Pennsylvanian who founded this historic site. (Actually, Franklin Crane died some odd years ago, but we wouldn't let a little thing like death get in the way of a relationship. Our friend Don Lambert will take care of that.) I believe Mary Jane Ritchie will also attend, again, despite her untimely demise decades ago. (Anne Hawkins is responsible for bringing Mary Jane.)

I will be in Missouri Town for the pumpkin festival, so please represent me well. Not to be left totally out, however, I'm planning a couple of upcoming tours.

Friday, October 9, Noon
Saturday, October 10, Noon
Cost is $10 per person

Meet at the Cemetery Office, 10th & California. Wear comfortable shoes and dress in layers. It can get breezy or warm, depending on the day.

Call me or email for more info: 785-783-1532 or deb.goodrich@yahoo.com
